Moderation Metadata and Stability Improvements

Social SDK 1.8 lays the groundwork for Moderation Metadata, an upcoming new feature that will allow your game backend and client to communicate moderation-specific info via custom key-value pairs. This release also improves WebSocket error reporting and provides more accurate connection metrics for PlayStation 5. Additionally, recent patches have resolved specific crashes on Steam Deck and iOS to ensure a smoother cross-platform experience.
